Graphic Design Studio - Logos App Reviews

I like the ease of use with this app with regards to the layers and content. Its pretty intuitive and there is a lot more I need to dabble with but right now I am upset with the fact that for two days I have been working on a logo and now cannot print it, export it, copy it, nothing….the image flips and ruins the whole thing. I am on a time crunch here and need to get some mock ups to a prospective client but can’t if I cannot even save it as a PDF or JPEG to email. Wondering what I paid for this app for if I can’t use it properly. Please fix this ASAP!

My design was out of place when i tried to print it. Then after trying to restart the program it would not respond at all. this is a problem we have come across more than once. If you can, will u contact me and let me know what can be done or should i just get another program. It will be most appreciated.
